PIZZA BUFFET

We provide freshly baked gourmet pizza right at your event along with fresh cut romaine lettuce, cabbage, and carrot mixed salad with a choice of Italian and Ranch dressings in a buffet-style setting. Our pizza menu has everyone’s favorites

All Mongiello's delicious pizzas start with Mongiello's famous home-made pizza crust and home-made pizza sauce topped with genuine mozzarella cheese.

*Pepperoni pizza

*Cheese Pizza

*Hawaiian Pizza -Canadian bacon & pineapple

*Margherita Pizza - olive oil, garlic, Mongiello's sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Tomatoes & fresh cut basil.

*Supreme PIZZA - pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, Pepperoncini, onions, black olives, Cherry peppers, Bell peppers

Each guest will be provided with 3 slices of pizza and salad so it is very important to let me know at least 7 days ahead of your event so I bring enough for your entire guest list.

Every three Children ages 4 to 7 are counted as one for one slice each. Ages 7 an up counted as adults.

We provide the paper plates, napkins, and forks for pizza and salad that we are serving. If you are serving other food it would be important to have extra plates etc. so we don’t run out.

We have our own EZ-UP that is 5’x8’ were we do all the pizza prep and baking we also have a regular 6’ folding table that we set the buffet on so it is important that you have a place were we can set up .We usually arrive an hour early so we are ready to serve everything when it is time.

ELECTRICITY is required at the event location preferably 2 separate circuits so I can run two ovens to keep the pizza coming out is a steady fashion, especially at a large event.

TRAVEL EXPENSE: I do charge if you are more than 10 miles out of my area for travel. It is calculated by how many miles and the size of the event we are catering. When you text me your address, I can let you know in a few minutes what that cost will be we are now located out of Murrieta CA.

Deposits are not necessary at this time to hold a spot but we do ask that something comes up that you let us know right away so we can re book that date.

How history becomes a tradition

In the early part of 1950 when I was a very young boy I remember the trips to the Italian market every Sunday with my father just like I am sure he had when he was a boy.

The aroma of all the fresh baked Italian bread and deli meats filled the car as we drove home. When we arrived home the day would unfold to an Italian feast with friends and family that will always live as some of my most cherished childhood memories. Mongiello's has proudly kept the tradition of quality and freshness in our family for generations and now we would like to invite your family to enjoy the same great fresh taste.
